If you volunteered for our Cybermoms 'n Dads team, you will immediately be put on our CAST (safe site) team. This gives us a chance to get to know you, learn more about your skills and level of commitment. It also helps us build a wonderful resource of good sites for families which are listed at our site.

While you are taking your orientation classes, you will also be taking two CAST classes, showing you how to rate and review sites. The first class is Ratings 1, and here you will have 3 sites to rate and send in to the teacher before you go on to the next rating class. Rating #2 class will be held as soon as you have sent the 3 site reports in.

The CAST Director will send you a total of 15 sites to rate. (Two others are also rating the same sites, and a combination of all three ratings will determine the classification of the site.) You will have up to 4 weeks to complete your review and rating of the 15 sites. If for some reason you are unable to finish them in that length of time, just contact the Rating Director. If any of this isn't clear, don't worry - by the time you are finished the class, it will be!!

When you have finished the 15 site ratings, the Rating Director will notify the Net-ed director, who will keep track of all of your orientation classes.
